03 — Clients

Work that paid for itself

Three owners who came to us with a date to hit and a shelf to stand on.

“The rebrand paid for itself in the first quarter — trade buyers finally understood what we sell, and our catalogue reads like a book instead of a list.”

Elena MarshFounder, Kestrel Press

“They typeset a 220-page catalogue in six weeks without a single missed proof. The printer asked who had prepared the artwork.”

Daniel AchebeMarketing Lead, Northgate Ceramics

“Straight answers, no jargon, and packaging artwork that passed prepress first time — three weeks before our festival run.”

Priya RamanOwner, Column Coffee Roasters

04 — Questions

The three things owners ask first

What does a project cost?

Most brand systems land between £6,000 and £18,000, and print-only work starts lower. You get a fixed fee in writing before anything begins — no hourly tracking, no surprises at the end.

How long will it take?

A brand system is typically six to ten weeks end to end. Publications depend on length and the printer's slot, and we will build that date into the scope.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Often. We can lead the whole project, or supply the system, templates and a working session so your team runs it day to day.

Two project slots left this quarter — tell us your launch date and we'll tell you if we can make it.

05 — Start a project

Six lines is plenty to begin

Tell us what you are launching and when. You will get a reply from the founder who would run the work — not an auto-responder.

  1. We read your note and reply within one working day.
  2. A 60-minute brief call, then a written scope with a fixed fee and dates.
  3. If it is not a fit, we will say so and suggest someone who is.

One reply from a human, within one working day. No newsletter, no sales sequence.
